이번 포스팅에서는 최근 방문한 분당의 한 브런치 카페에 대한 따뜻한 리뷰를 남겨볼까 합니다. 🙂
카페드로잉 정자점에 다녀왔습니다.

밖에 테라스도 있고 분위기도 좋았어요 🙂 바닥에 낙엽이 있어서 분위기도 더해지더라구요^^. 들어가려고 하는데 문을 보니 국내 최초 레스토랑 평가인 블루리본 설문조사 스티커도 붙어있더군요.>< There was something leisurely, cozy, yet charming~ haha It even had an artistic feel, just like the name of the store^^ Not only the chandeliers, but also the lights placed here and there. It was cool haha. This is the menu~ A variety of new menu items were also introduced^^ Coffee/drinks/tea, dessert/all-day brunch menu, cocktails/beer/snacks, champagne/wine~ The scale of the menus was no joke. Hehe, the cakes are displayed in a display case so you can see and choose them with your own eyes*_* They say the cakes are organic, homemade cakes, and they all look like you want to try them all ㅠㅠ!!! The fruits underneath look fresh too. ^^ Please note that you can also look at the homemade ice cream and choose :) When ordering, there was information about the event on the counter, so I took a picture of it. ^^ When reviewing the Naver receipt, it is said that you can choose between 1 scoop of homemade ice cream or an Americano refill to receive the service. Anyone who is interested, please participate!!! The two of us ordered this. Haha. The visuals of the food at the Bundang brunch cafe were no joke. They looked like they had just come out of the oven. ㅠㅠ!!! The tableware was set up in such a luxurious way and brought to me. Haha. Okay, let's try the drinks first:) First, Nokdeok ordered the matcha iced latte. (Nokdeok = That's Barona) Hmm, when I drank it, it was moderately sweet, rich, and luxurious matcha. It was delicious to feel the flavor of the fruit>< Looking at the bottom, it was full of matcha syrup. It looks like the owner of the cafe drawing doesn't skimp on ingredients^^ The next drink I'm going to introduce is the lime mojito cocktail. haha It's filled with lime slices, so it's visually very refreshing. >< When I drank it, it was completely refreshing and the refreshing dalka was very attractive. Next, let’s look at the main menu items from the Bundang brunch cafe!!! First is the Honey Camembert Cheese Panini. It was served in a large bowl in abundance and was very impressive haha. It also came with a salad^^ When I tasted the salad first, I liked the tomatoes because they were really sweet :) The vegetables were also fresh~ The balsamic dressing was subtly sweet and salty and delicious. ㅠㅠ!!! I also really enjoyed the panini. The panini was topped with so many almond slices that it looked so appetizing^^ They say the panini bread was made with handmade ciabatta. The ciabatta must have been baked in a waffle iron, so the waffle shape was clearly imprinted and it was so cute*_* The cheese sticking out was very appetizing haha. When I lifted it up, the cheese stretched out endlessly. ㅠㅠ?! We each put some on our plate and tasted it. There were two types of cheese, camembert cheese and mozzarella cheese. It had a unique flavor, like eating Gorgonzola pizza, and the amount of cheese was too much for my taste!!! The almond slices were grilled very well, so they had an amazing crunchiness and nutty flavor. There was honey sprinkled underneath the almonds, so I could feel the sweetness!!! Oh, it was so delicious that I'm thinking about it again?! Next is the fig compote toast!!! The Japchae was gorgeous from its composition!!! Learn more 0:00:00 Brunch Cafe in Bundang Especially the seasonal fruits gathered here~ The colors are soft and watercolor-like, so pretty!!! The toasts were also very big and delicious. The thickness is crazy!!! There was wine and maple syrup sprinkled on top of the toast. It looked so moist that I wanted to eat it quickly. There was also a generous amount of semi-dried figs on top!!! And there was a lot of whipped cream, which I like~ haha. I tried to lift the toast with a fork to eat it. It was very heavy!!! Ha,, the bread part was soft, moist, and melted. Semi-dried figs~ The texture was a bit like dried persimmons, but they were sweet and savory, unique and delicious. I put whipped cream on the toast and added seasonal fruits, and it tasted fresh and sweet. >< Green grapes When I ate it with banana, I could feel the aroma of fresh fruit and it was delicious. The kiwi wasn't just a kiwi, it was a gold kiwi. It was really sweet and delicious!!! ㅠㅠ I enjoyed the first round of the Bundang Brunch Cafe, and the taste and atmosphere were so good that I ran for the second round in one sitting!!!
